What is the LeanLetic Philosophy?
LeanLetic – where form and function intersect. LeanLetic is a holistic training philosophy created to help men and women achieve hyper-functional physiques through periodized training that targets all the interconnected systems of the human body with equal importance.
The LeanLetic method incorporates the most current, scientifically supported principles of various training modalities to optimize muscular, neuromuscular, and endocrine functionality. Body composition changes are achieved through an emphasis on progressive, optimized training variation versus obsessively targeting aesthetic appearance in-and-of-itself. Core muscular integration is incorporated into virtually every exercise with an "inside-out" training approach. Every facet of the complex human machine is continually scrutinized biomechanically to seek out and eliminate muscular and physiological imbalances before they surface unexpectedly (injury). The net result is an optimized, balanced physique that functions as great as it looks today, tomorrow, and for years to come. Empowering those we train with the knowledge and skills to better serve their own health and fitness needs is a fundamental characteristic of the LeanLetic method.
Balance – perhaps the most elusive goal in life. It is a moving target that is constantly changing for each of us in uniquely different and innumerable ways. We can strive to reach it our entire lives and never actually come close to touching it. A finite amount of time exists for us to meet our family and professional obligations. Our personal health is continually caught in the crossfire of those competing demands when it should be the foundational bedrock for both. Once I had this epiphany and decided my behaviors and actions would be dictated by this paradigm moving forward, my own personal sense of balance started to come into view. The approach I crafted to improve my own health on a holistic level – the integration of all the interconnected systems of one’s physiology – became the LeanLetic method.
I don’t live to train; I train to live. The fitness industry relies upon celebrity endorsers – elite, professional athletes from various sports and competitive arenas – to sell products and services to the average consumer. I have an immense amount of respect and admiration for these individuals, but what type of balance do you think most of them have in their lives? For the vast majority the answer is likely very little. In fact, this balance must be skewed heavily toward their professional athletic pursuits or they likely would not have reached their elite status in the first place.
Most of us are not elite competitive athletes, nor do we aspire to be. We have loved ones and careers that demand a great deal of our time. If we’re lucky we enjoy the time spent with both. But we should not, we must not, sacrifice our health in the name of either; that cost is too great. Instead, we need to find a method of physical training that is the most efficient and productive means of maximizing our overall health and fitness levels that does not demand excessive time that is practically unavailable.
The LeanLetic method was forged for those seeking the most well-rounded, balanced, and sustainable approach possible to achieve their unique fitness goals. It is not a one-size fits all methodology. That’s great for mass appeal and short-term marketing success, but not much else. The LeanLetic approach is hyper-focused on the individual and is custom crafted to suit their unique needs based on their past and present circumstances in their entirety. Whether the goal is body composition change, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, agility/mobility enhancement, or any combination thereof, the LeanLetic method is the most efficient, effective, and informed approach you will find. We strive to be the go-to tool you will use today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life to reach your current and ever-evolving fitness goals.

Services We Provide: In-House
70-minute sessions in a completely private home fitness studio environment. That means no distractions for either of us. You get to immerse yourself in every phase of your workout, physically and mentally, start-to-finish. I get to immerse myself in directing and executing your custom, preplanned workout to the most optimum levels of productivity and efficiency every time. We don’t need to wait for equipment to free up or deal with any other potential interference you’re sure to encounter in a typical gym setting. Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or an elite competitive athlete, the 1-on-1 studio setting is far and away the ideal scenario for both of us to work toward your shared goals.
Nutrition and Supplement Counseling
Practical, actionable nutritional counseling services by a CNC (certified nutrition counselor) to complement your health and wellness goals. Any sound training program needs an equally sound nutritional program to accompany it. We prefer to take a qualitative (nutrient density) versus quantitative (caloric) approach. Oh, and we hate the "D" (diet) word!
